TORRI IN SABINA (RI) – Rocchette hamlet: historic building with internal courtyard

In Rocchette, a fortified village in Torri in Sabina (RI), perched on a rocky spur overlooking the Imella Valley, stands a historic 17th-century palace, the final home of Baroness Bianca Emilia Allier, widow of the painter Vincenzo Camuccini. Renovated by the Montani family in 1608, it retains its original structure intact. We are in the heart of the Rieti Sabina area, a few kilometers from Rome via the A1 motorway (Stimigliano or Magliano Sabina exits) and served by the FL1 line with stations in Poggio Mirteto and Stimigliano.

The building, independent despite being located in the historic center, comprises three units with separate entrances: a 13 sq m C/1, a 10 sq m C/2, and the approximately 400 sq m residence on three levels.
